Excellent room, we had the pleasure to have a free upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was very big and comfy, providing a wonderful view over the Matterhorn. We were only 2, but it could have easily fitted our 2 kids also. Good breakfast. Good ski facilities (lockers). I haven't tried the spa.

The spa and pool are lovely but would have liked treatments such as massage. Great breakfast and nice room and spacious bathroom. Great location, near Denner and main street and train station. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of towels and robe and slippers plus lotion etc. in rooms.

The Fleurs de Zermatt Alpenhotel is a beautiful facility from the lobby and library to the large room with excellent bathroom and comfy bed. The craftsmanship and decor in each room is very pretty; the pool and spa facility is gorgeous. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the Bahnhof (train station) and about 10 minutes from the Gornergratt and Sunnegga boarding areas. Our room on the 3rd floor faced the Matterhorn with a direct view of the top portion of the mountain. We travelled Switzerland for 2 weeks and our 4-day stay at the Fleurs de Zermatt was our very best experience - I would say TOP 5 hotel we have ever stayed at! Wonderful hotel!

I made a last-minute trip to Zermatt and needed a place to stay that was reasonable and close to the train station. Since I only stayed one night, I could not utilize the amenities offered at the hotel, but what I said looked terrific. The Breakfast was excellent, with great, healthy options. The room was much bigger than I expected, which was great, and the wooden panels throughout gave it that "Swiss" chalet feel. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large, clean and up-to-date. The price point was very reasonable for Zermatt, which is expensive by its Swiss nature. The staff was great and I have nothing but positivity for this place.

The location is perfect, if you are walking without luggage, it takes like 3 minutes from the Main train station to the hotel. They also provide shuttle pick up at the main station. Our connected rooms are very nice and clean. One of the room is facing the Matterhorn and we could take the morning sunshine Matterhorn pictures. The facilitates are very all rounded, air condition (summer time when we visited), hair dryer, spa, stream room, warm and cool water pools, massage pool, very good breakfast.

The breakfast provided a good variety of both hot and cold items. The Spa was amazing - the heated indoor-outdoor pool was perfect - with loads of jets for hitting those sore muscles from a day of hard skiing. The sauna and steam rooms were nice, and nothing was overcrowded. Reception always had a basket of nice sweets, which was a nice touch - and the staff always gave a nice, friendly smile when I caught was dipping in for another sugar hit. The ski shuttle bus was only a couple minutes walk away at the grocery store.

Great location, 5 minutes away from the train station and from the main street/shops/restaurants. We got the junior suite, which had an amazing balcony and huge windows facing the Matterhorn. Heated floor in the bathroom and great insulation made the room very comfortable temperature-wise while it was snowing outside.

We got an upgraded room with balcony and view to the Matterhorn. Rooms are nicely decorated, very cozy. Big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Breakfast was good. Good variety.
